Villeneuve-Loubet celebrates its illustrious chef on September 24 and 25.
Artists, musicians, actors and of course, chefs,
gather to celebrate gastronomy and the art of living.

ANIMATIONS
For two days, conductors will take turns on the demonstrations area, accompanied by artists (visual artists, musicians, actors ...) who perform live performances. Note the presence of Bruno Cirino, 2 Michelin star chef of the Hostellerie Jérôme in La Turbie, on Saturday, September 24 at 11am, but also Yoric Tièche, Jean-Claude Brugel, Benjamin Bourgoin...
Cooking workshops are offered to learn, with chefs, the secrets of their recipes. A large market of flavors and products of the erroir, welcomes professionals to present their products: Provencal products, wines, alcohols, cold cuts, cheeses, sweets and desserts ... Éditions Mémoires Millénaires will offer the public books on cooking and gastronomy.
During these two days in the village, the Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art offers culinary demonstrations led by Disciples Escoffier chefs from the Riviera Côte d'Azur, Corsica, Monaco delegation, on Saturday at 3pm with chef Bruno Seillery (l'Ambroisie, Vence) accompanied by chef Olivier Ugo and on Sunday at 3pm with chef Théo Mansi, (Master restaurateur, retired, more than 30 years old at the Auberge de Théo, Nice) and at 4pm with chef Cédric Duranti (teacher at the technical and hotel school of Monaco).
The entrance to the museum will exceptionally be at the reduced rate of 4 € (free for children under 11 years old) with the rental of audio guide offered (within the limits of available stocks) and the tasting of the Melba fishing.
