  Sunday, March 19 at 2pm: Rando Sophro Estérel at Mont de Théoule – 6km 200mD+ with Laurie Duchene Sophrologist
  
• Monday, March 20 at 9:30 am: The Pont des Tuves in Montauroux – 8km 300mD+
• Wednesday, March 22 at 9:30 am: The Suvières biological reserve in Adrets-de-l'Estérel – 7km 170mD+
• Sunday, March 26: Day hike Mont Vinegar and the biological reserve of Suvières aux Adrets – 12km 400mD+ modular
• Monday, March 27 at 9:30 am: Mont Aigre Estérel – 6.5km 150mD+
