On the occasion of the day world of Oceans in 2018, Christian Estrosi, wanted to raise the awareness of the public on issues of over-exploitation of resources, various pollution and global warming. This ambition allows the city of Nice to honor a nice photographer with an international reputation. Grégory Lecoeur reflects years of the hidden treasures of the seas of the world. Through 54 shots more spectacular than the others, the humble photographer is the privileged witness of an unsuspected underwater richness, a few meters away from our beaches.
Greg Lecoeur is a professional underwater photographer, author of many publications on diving in France and abroad. This passionate Niçois of the living world through the Oceans in search of unusual images of the marine world. In 2016, his work is recognized around the world by the National Geographic Society, which named him Nature photographer of the year.
