Arriving in France in 1998, curious and passionate about France, its gastronomy and culture, Chef Keisuke Matsushima 1 star MICHELIN, opened in 2002 Kei's Passion, and enjoyed such success that it grew to become the restaurant Keisuke Matsushima.
All his talent is to bring to French gastronomy a "Japanese touch", letting the products of the Mediterranean Sea express itself.
