On the hills of Nice, this is a beautiful address that we recommend. A small haven of peace, close to the Gairaut waterfall, and the former property of Jacques Médecin, at the foot of Mont Chauve. This is one of the very good tables in Nice. In the cozy setting of the house, or on the terrace in the shade of a century-old ivy, you will discover where you will remember the cuisine of Nice. The former family boarding house well known to Nice for its unrivalled homemade ravioli reinvents the great classics of Nissar cuisine around inventive and refined market cuisine. Specialties of artichoke salad shavings of Parmesan, peppers marinated in olive oil, capouns of Grandma Lulu, small stuffed, zucchini flower fritters and pissaladière that rub shoulders with the signatures of the chef like fresh pasta with cream sea urchin, scallops plancha, braised veal shank in the oven, lobster risotto or wolf with morels. On the dessert side, we melt for the lemon meringue pie or the strawberry mille-feuille.
