Created by Armand Crespo, who already runs Antoine's bistro, here is a bistro decorated with a fifties décor, with a little vintage side that we like.
At the Comptoir du Marché, you feel at home! on his plate too.
Chef Lois Guenzati, concocts traditional dishes with local products: beef tongue with horseradish sauce, veal kidneys on the grill, roasted cod truffle broth, baslax salmon, shank pot au feu, beef cheek ravioles in broth truffle, candied rabbit pastilla, short and riquette juice, breast on the grill and pomegranate apples, or even French toast, sweet leaves a thousand green lemon ginger leaves, vanilla panna cotta and pineapple compote, chocolate mousse... . And the slate changes depending on the market!
You're going to have a great time. Do not hesitate to embellish all this with good little wines, because there is here a nice little cellar.
