On three floors, typical Mediterranean dishes combine with a selection of quality wines. Mirrors and transparency, glasses and light, the cellar of the restaurant Nice sparkles the reds, rosés and whites that reveal the flavors of local products concocted with taste.
Delicate Nice salads, zucchini flowers in doughnuts or a plate of Iberian deli meats, appetizers bring sunshine to the plates. Alain Llorca was a young chef at the Hotel Negresco for eight years during which he forged his technique, refined his personality, and demonstrated an extraordinary creative sense.
Recognition comes with the honours of the Michelin guide, 2 stars in 1996. In 2004, he took over from Roger Vergé at the "Moulin de Mougins" for 4 years, with two macaroons in the Red Guide.
In 2007, he launched in Vallauris an innovative concept of quality bistronomy, "Café llorca" and opened at the same time the Cafés llorca. In 2009, he moved to The Colle-sur-Loup and his restaurant "Alain Llorca" has been a Michelin star since 2012(1 Michelin star)....
And in 2013, he opened a new restaurant in the heart of Old Nice, "Le Carré Llorca".
