Josy-Jo is known in France and abroad for its regional specialties as well as for its premium meats and fish cooked in front of the customer.
Its chef, Josy, created the restaurant in 1970 in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes.
Josy-Jo has the title of "MATER-RE-RETOER", a national title guaranteeing a 100% home-made kitchen made from fresh produce.
The cuisine is simple and tasty: the chef strives to reveal the original taste of each product. Just local flavours that gourmets and gourmets will appreciate: Small stuffed vegetables, zucchini flower fritters, barigoule artichokes. Beef rib, rack of lamb, whole veal kidney... are cut to order and simply grilled with charcoal. The wines offered here will brighten up your tasting.
The terrace sheltered by the Bougainvilliers arbor will offer you a haven of peace and a little freshness in summer.
