Cellar - Wine cellar
Created in 1998, the share of the angels was the first cellar - Bistro from Nice to offer 3 activities in one place:

-A cellar with more than 300 references. There are more than 60 spirits, 20 champagnes, and 300 references. Some favorites of young winemakers, wines internationally known and recognized, not to mention winks to our neighbours Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovenian, or Greek. Selection has always been oriented with the wines from organic and biodynamic. Emphasis is placed on the 'natural' wines is vinified, high and bottled without addition of sulphur and other chemical inputs.

-A bistro open for lunch to eat the dishes 'scoundrel' over a glass of wine. For lunch (except Sunday), in the heart of the cellar, we can eat simply with an entry, a dish of the day and enjoy the wines served at cellar price on the table (no right to cap or devastating multiplier is applied. A weekly selection of ten wines by the glass is offered on the slates.

-A wine bar to enjoy the Olivier Labarde finds at any time. There are also rigorously selected slate products: plates of cold cuts, cheeses, bread Rillettes goose or paste with herbs, a liver fat House, of boxes of anchovy or boquerones and the view of Cantabria from 10: 00 of the morning until 20:30 pm non-stop.

Nice romantic setting.

Closed in August, in winter (10 days late December - early January), and some holidays.
