The Côte d'Azur has always jealously preserved its culinary know-how, born of the fusion of the arts of these two homelands of taste that are France and Italy.
The first is renowned for the refinement of its cuisine, the second for the authenticity of its flavors. The county of Nice is at the crossroads of these two traditions. On this land, they intersect, intertwine and influence each other since 1860, when the county joined France.
By choosing his products, in the manufacturing processes, Perrin Ravioli is the guardian of this temple whose nuances he interprets for more than 65 years, bringing to it a modernity that preserves the originality of the culinary art of our terroir.
