A butcher's shop that has become a Nice institution!
The Saint-François butchery, also known as Francis' house, was founded in 1959 by Francis GASIGLIA.et has flourished to this day and now has about thirty employees, some of whom have been at his service for more than 15 years and have even sometimes up to 25 years of service.
It has always offered a range of fresh meats: beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, offal, but also deli meats (chipolatas merguez perrugines...) traditionally made in its laboratory. When you get there, you'll want everything!
