VIOLET FESTIVAL IN TOURRETTES-SUR-LOUP
FEBRUARY 28 - MARCH 1, 2026
Every first weekend of March, the Violet Festival announces the end of the season for producers. It was created in 1952 by Victor Linton, an artist of Scottish origin living in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, with the aim of honouring the town's horticulturists and their know-how.
Over the years and thanks to its flower parade, the Violet Festival has become a real institution. The makeshift bicycles and carriages that were used in the first editions have given way to imposing floats entirely covered with flowers and made by little hands and associations.
This year again, the town of Tourrettes-sur-Loup will have the pleasure of welcoming you for a great weekend of celebration!
