Château Crémat is about to experience an exceptional moment!

On November 23, 2025, its gardens, vineyards and salons will become the setting for SummEAT Fest 2025, a celebration of taste, transmission and culinary innovation.

Under the vaults of the Château, Virginie Basselot, Michelin-starred chef at the Negresco and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will meet the vision of the exceptional sommelier Franck Thomas, Best Sommelier of France and Europe.

Alongside them, Philippe Cannatella, founder of Gusto Family, Fred Ghintran, President of the UMIH 06 catering branch, and many other personalities will come to share their views on the future of the profession.
