In 2021, Philippe and Florent Colonna, founders of SAVIM in Marseille in 1989, wanted to create TERRAVINI in Nice in order to continue to promote the authenticity of taste on the French Riviera.

The SAVIM (autumn edition) is recognised as the leading French gastronomy and wine fair. The quality and authenticity of the products of the 450 exhibitors are thanked by the loyalty of some 134,000 annual visitors (cumulative figures of the 2019 Spring and Autumn Show) and praised by the press and gastronomy professionals.
