After New York (2017) and Lisbon (2022), France and Costa Rica are co-organizing the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice.

It's a global event!

Ten years after COP21 and the Paris Agreement, UNOC 3 will bring together all the Member States of the United Nations, more than 100 heads of state and government, and more than 15,000 researchers, scientists, associative and institutional actors, and international donors, with the ambition of achieving historic "Agreements" for the protection of the Ocean.
