Aurélie de Gubernatis was born in Lille. His childhood is rocked by the adventures of the heroes of the Great American North who transmit to him the love of the wilderness and the spirit of freedom. But her need for autonomy outweighed her dreams of adventure and after studying law, she obtained the Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat at the age of 24 and worked in the Var for thirteen years. Thinking of her career all mapped out, it is at this time that she meets a client who turns her life upside down. At the point of death, the man entrusts him with a travel diary containing his research undertaken to find mythical crystal skulls. Aurélie Hustin de Gubernatis agrees to continue her research, without attaching any real importance to it. The years go by and the promise seems forgotten. Then one day, the idea of writing a book about this story is essential. His first novel, "The Guardian of the Crystal Skull" was published by Alphée in 2009. The reception of the public reinforces her in the idea of devoting herself entirely to writing. She ceased her activities as a notary in 2010 and published her second novel in 2011 with Plon, "2012 – Les gardiens du temps". His literary news was enriched by a new novel in April 2014 with "L'Impasse" published by Héloise d'Ormesson.
