Since 1960, the Jazz à Juan festival has welcomed the big names of the genre. Originally founded to pay tribute to the famous antiwood by adoption Sidney Bechet, the event has received the jazz pantheon since its creation.

Since its creation, "Jazz à Juan" has presented over the decades all jazz, all jazz. Swing, be-bop or post-be-bop, gospel or roots, soul, funk or rock, African, European or American, contemporary or "New Orleans"... The labels swing, the audience changes, but "Jazz à Juan" keeps, more than ever, the visceral instinct of its own legend.
