7th edition ofThe Festival of Theatres
A highlight of autumn, which brings together more than 5,000 spectators each year, La Fête des Théâtres highlights the dynamism of theatrical life in our territory.
For this7th edition, 21 theaters in Nice and metropolitan, public and private, "take action again" after 18 months of unprecedented crisis for the world of live performance.
53 shows will be offered for two weeks during 180 performances.
Many municipal and private cultural institutions are associated with the event: L'Artistique, the Louis Nucéra Library, the Cinémathèque de Nice, the Forum d'Urbanisme et d'Architecture, Le 109, the Opéra Nice Côte d'Azur and the Galerie Depardieu.
Among the many events around the Fête des Théâtres, don't miss Bruno Putzulu's Master Class on Wednesday, October 20 at 6:30 pm at the Francis-Gag Theatre. This meeting is proposed by the Senior Directorate of the City of Nice and opens a cycle of master-class with an actor around his professional career and his encounter with a text. This first meeting will give the floor to the actor who will share the great moments of his career and will evoke the adaptation to the theater of the book Les Ritals by François Cavanna, about his childhood as an Italian immigrant. This Master Class is free but by reservation only; there won't be one for everyone, call quickly to reserve your seats!
