The Abandoned House [Villa Cameline] is a private exhibition space.
Created on the initiative of private individuals, Hélène and François Fincker, the MAISON-REED was inaugurated in 2003.
Built at the beginning of the last century, it was abandoned for about fifteen years. Tagged, squatted, it is currently preserved in the state and the artists who exhibit there must adapt to this particular environment at the opposite end of the white box.
Its vocation is to promote the different forms of contemporary creation through the presentation of temporary exhibitions.
Monographic exhibitions but also thematic projects, the MAISON-ADED [VILLA CAMELINE] invites independent curators and artists to explore the diversity of fields of contemporary artistic research. The aim is to provoke and propose art experiences through the diversity of approaches, approaches and practices.
At a rate of 3 to 5 per year, events take place from April to October.
