Guided tour of the Niçoise Cuisine - Culinary guided Tour to learn about Nice Cuisine

Walking tour to discover Nice products and their origins. The gastronomy of Nice is revealed through a route through the typical and shopping streets of the old town and the market of Cours Saleya. Candied fruit, olive oil, socca, fruits, vegetables, fish will no longer have a secret for the participants. For two hours, they will be able to immerse themselves in the history of the products that are part of the composition of typical Nice dishes. And to continue the initiation, a tasting lunch at the Socca d'Or, an establishment labelled "Cuisine Nissarde, respect for tradition" is offered as an option. Reservations recommended.
