The Black Box theatre is located in the Animanice centre of Bon Voyage in Nice East. It is part of the Directorate of Animation and Associative Life (DAVA) of the city of Nice.

This local theatre revolves around four axes:

A program of local artists around music, dance, theatre and the "Young Audience" show.
A space for cultural and creative enhancement of the Eastern Districts with numerous associative, school and humanitarian projects.
A place of meeting, exchange and training open to all (national education, community, institutions, etc.).
A tool for many local companies to work and create art.
