Brasserie de la mer located on the Promenade des Anglais, between the Negresco and Westminster hotels.
The talented chef Gael Passigli, who is of Niçoise origin, twirls his dishes according to the seasons, as well as his fresh fish arriving daily, or his grilled meats. But here are some homemade specialties, to put water in your mouth: - homemade foie gras at Sauternes, - salmon smoked by us with olive wood, - the fisherman's pot in a bouillabaisse way, - risotto with fresh scallops and prawns, - the sea bass in a salt crust for 2 people, - the beef rib just grilled and its sauce with morels and ceps..... - the direct arrival of Oléron of oysters and seafood.
