The restaurant's menu focuses on the Nice terroir with the famous bagna cauda (crudités to be dipped in a sauce made from anchovies, garlic and olive oil), the Nice waterfall (peppers, zucchini flower fritters, acras, stuffed...), followed by a dish of squid artichokes, fresh pasta with real pistou, not to mention meats and pizzas cooked over a wood fire.
