Discover its beautiful menu mainly composed of fish and shellfish, meats and game in season. All with products of first selection of the small boat to the plate for the tide, from the producer to the artist for the accompaniments.
The Viviers Bistrot: authentic, friendly, warm, ideal for people in a hurry for lunch.
Rolancy's Restaurant: spacious, hushed, relaxing for a romantic dinner, a business meal or in a small group. Closed Saturday lunchtime and Sunday all day.

Jacques Rolancy Born in 1962 in Oullins (near Lyon), he apprenticed with Pierre Orsi. Chaperoned by his peers, he continued his training with Jean Vettard, then at the Auberge du Père Bise, before working for five years with Alain Jousse (Chapel), Joel Robuchon and Claude Deligne (Le Taillevent). He was Chef for two years at Relais Gourmand, the Auberge des Templars aux Bézards (Loiret).
After a long stint at the London Hilton (11 years, from 1994 to 2005), Jacques Rolancy returned to France and decided to move to Nice in 2006.
Its establishments offer: on the one hand the gastronomic restaurant "Rolancy's", chic and refined, and on the other "Bistrot des Viviers", warm and friendly.
Every day, the Best Worker Chef in France has fun with seasonal products.
