Market cuisine with tasting of the best oils you can buy!
Fresh Products, Local Production: We like to support local producers and businesses in the region. Every day, we go to the market to buy the seasonal products that inspire our cuisine. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and from October 20 to November 25 included for our annual rest.

A Gustatif Wedding: Our recipes are created with respect for the simplicity of the ingredients that highlight their subtleties. Each recipe is created according to an oil, which is served to you together. We rarely cook in oil, because their flavours literally go up in smoke. We prefer to add them after the dishes are cooked, because not only does this flatter the flavours, but it also preserves all the virtues for which olive oil is known.

Taste the Oils: Once you have tasted our oils, we are confident that they will have told you everything. Of course, you could also taste the oils outside of meals before you buy. Bottles are on sale on site, and if you empty them before planned our online shop will satisfy you remotely.
