Opened in 1983 in Nice by Viveka the Norwegian and her husband from Nice Jacques, the Fjord restaurant has become over the years a veritable institution. Today their daughter Nathalie and her husband Stéphane took over.
Synonymous with quality and offering attractive prices, the Fjord restaurant offers every lunchtime the plate of the month, to be enjoyed on site or to take away (the Nice restaurant is referenced Gault and Millau). Let yourself be tempted and learn how to combine salmon, herring, eels, baked potatoes and Nordic beverages.
Fjord is also a shop where you will find a selection of hand-sliced salmon (at the customer's request), pickled herring, fish eggs, smoked products, French caviar and foie gras from France Périgord. We also offer a number of Nordic specialties as well as about thirty vodkas and akvavits. For your receptions, we prepare your Scandinavian plates, trays and buffets to take away to order.
