Originally from Montbéliard, Nicolas Vernier went through the Chanteclerc at the Negrescro, the Louis XV at the Hôtel de Paris, then won a Parisian macaroon at Alain Ducasse's Il Cortile , ... and has to lay his pots in Nice for our greatest happiness!.
