* Jacques Rolancy Born in 1962 in Oullins (near Lyon), he apprenticed with Pierre Orsi. Chaperoned by his peers, he continued his training with Jean Vettard, then to the hostel of the father Kiss, before working five years with Alain Jousse (Chapel), Joël Robuchon and Claude Deligne (the Taillevent). He has been Chief two years to relay Gourmand, the Inn of the Templars to the Bezards (Loiret).
After a long stint at the London Hilton (11 years, from 1994 to 2005), Jacques Rolancy returned to France and decided to settle in Nice in 2006.
Its institutions offer: a rated gourmet restaurant "Rolancy's", chic and refined, and the other "the livewells bistro", warm and friendly.
Every day, the Chef best worker of France plays with season products.
