"We are able to serve a customer every 45 seconds," says Steve Burggraf, one of the three founders of the brand. "At big Fernand, there are three important things: quality, speed of execution, and most importantly, hospitality."

"It's part of our projects," says the Manager, "We hope to be able to do it withina few months. We want to propose something unique, rooted in the local culture."
