A soup bar and neighborhood salad bar that always fills up every lunchtime!
Christian Lagorio, a baker by training, has opened this friendly deco design address to give free rein to the ideas and tastes of his customers who make up their own salads. Equipped with a menu with all the ingredients to add to the basic green salad (lettuce, spinach sprouts, mesclun, mash...) or the cold pasta mixture, we check the ingredients that make us want: corn, various vegetables, raw vegetables, cheeses, fruits, raw ham, smoked salmon, octopus, croutons, olives, grapes... and you freely create the mixture of your choice. Soups, kneaded and baked buns or homemade pastries punctuate our gourmet breaks full of flavours here.
