Love the good vintages! All regions are represented!!
Antoine Barussaud, former lye de Bacchus in Paris, chose the best wines from all regions (a crozes-hermitage by Robin, a pernand-vergelesses from Dubreuil-Fontaine, a Côtes du Roussillon from the Gauby estate or a champagne from Larmandier), which he sold to take away and which happily accompany the pretty dishes prepared by its chef Adrien Cuillerat.
Duck foie gras, bresaola carpaccio, bigorre lentils and black pork, beef bourguignon, chicken supreme with mushrooms and apple pie are just good where they go.
The place has character, kind of HQ of friends always quick to gather around kind vintages to compare endlessly, nor hungry.
Closed may 1, and some public holidays.
