On the wines side, Philippe Magne and Claude Derrien ur develop a very balanced wine list where the Grands Crus such as Château yquem 1944, Château Lafite Rothschild 1918, or other Château Margaux 1947, rub shoulders with wines of lesser known owners but equivalent in quality. They are the guardians of a treasure of a few 15000 bottles.
