Town hall open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Just 10 km from Nice, facing Mont-Chauve, Falicon stands on its rocky peak. This medieval village has retained all the charm of the old villages perched in the past and the surrounding countryside, planted with olive trees and fig trees, offers beautiful views. You will come across some trompe l'oeil facades, such as that of the parish church of the Nativity of the Virgin, dated 1624 and decorated in the Baroque style.
Behind the walls of its rampart, still pierced by fortified gates, you will walk through the small narrow and winding streets. You will find the old stones and charm of the old days with beautiful cobbled squares that we reach after walking along vaulted passages.
Its views of the sea and the city of Nice make Falicon a haven of peace. But Falicon's life is not rooted in the past, and is moving towards the future, developing a network of diverse associations, and many events recognized throughout the region (not to be missed, the Feast of the Eyelet in April).
Falicon is located in the department of the Alpes-Maritimes, its inhabitants are called the Faliconnais and the Faliconnaises. Surrounded by the municipalities of Saint-André-de-la-Roche, Tourrette-Levens and Aspremont, the town of Falicon borders Nice (10 km from Place Masséna), the largest city in the vicinity, and is less than an hour from Mercantour National Park.
Classified 3 flowers in the contest of "flower towns and villages", Falicon is part of the brochure of the circuit of perched villages published by the Urban Community Nice Côte d'Azur.
