Pedestrian and quiet, the "Rue Paradis" will amaze you with its splendid windows of luxury shops, from your suite, the panorama is exceptional, you can see Mount Boron, Magenta Square and the sea just 100 minutes away. After visiting The Place Masséna and the old Nice, which are only a 2 minute walk away, you will stroll on the pedestrian area or on the Promenade des Anglais and go to eat Nice specialties in the best restaurants in NICE.

The concept of the Dorm It's low-priced luxury, focusing on décor and location over unnecessary services. The 3 suites are independent, in a bourgeois building in the heart of NICE, there is no reception hall or room services or 24-hour permanence, nor a personalised reception. Access to the suites and to the building is done exclusively by digicode whose code is issued in advance by SMS or email. However, the phone number remains available 24 hours a day. The cleaning is daily and the breakfast buffet is available from 8am. The suites are available at 2pm and must be released by 11am.
