Nice CAVIGAL TENNIS DE TABLE is a French table tennis club based in Nice.
Created in 1985, the Nice CAVIGAL TENNIS DE TABLE was originally the club Pongiste Contois, village of the Nice hinterland.
In 1991, under the leadership of President Oleg Ionnikoff, the club moved to the Magnan area and became the Nice Club Pongiste of the Côte d'Azur.
Due to the growing membership, the club moved to the Brancolar Gymnasium in 1998. The Club is growing further and exceeds 150 licensees. Since 2002, the Club has been taking its final quarters in the Raoul Dufy Hall.
In parallel with his moves, the club evolves in the sports hierarchy over the seasons. Since 2005, the Club has been in the Pro B division and allows the Nice CPC to become the showcase of table tennis on the Côte d'Azur.
Its evolution and notoriety led the Nice CPC to obtain the three-star label issued by the French table tennis federation. He reached the Pro A championship in 2009.
In 2012, the NICE CPC no longer exists. He was replaced by the Nice CAVIGAL TENNIS DE TABLE, headed by the new president Frank CUSSY.
