PLUMAIL COOKING CLASS

This is an innovative concept of Cooking Courses where Christian PLUMAIL receives "as at home" a dozen amateurs or experienced cooks, large or small, by reservation only and on specific dates.
This is the new recipe of the "Plumail Universe": a living room, an American kitchen, ten guests, and cooking classes.

"I welcome you every week for friendly cooking classes in my apartment, here it is allowed and even recommended to question, touch, taste!
First a small tour of the market on the Saleya course in order to select fresh and quality products. Then we will return to the apartment, a five-minute walk away, to make dishes full of flavours, and we will enjoy them together."

Open to all, the courses, with a maximum of ten people, are filmed and the videos are available on request.

Christian Plumail is a Grand Chef Who sublimates southern gastronomy.

After working for years at the beautiful starry table of "The Universe", it is today a kitchen "like at home" that makes the chef vibrate, who signs a new concept of a very friendly guest table in an apartment on the edge of the Promenade du Paillon.
