Created by two brothers, this family business is called the Quirino House (named after the family), famous fresh pasta factory, whose origin dates back to 1925 which has become, over the years, an essential place of NICE, recognized in the 4 around the world. Pasta factory, specialist in ravioli, raviolinis, panisses, gnocchi ... The Maison QUIRINO has kept the taste of authentic pasta and dishes in Nice, all made in the right way with fresh and quality products. For 4 generations now the know-how is always present, this tradition continues today and again...

In the heart of the Port's commercial district, the shop is where the people of Nice buy the best fresh pasta in the city. One of the secrets: the dough is always made the old-fashioned way thanks to superb Italian mechanical machines regularly maintained and set like clocks. The Maison QUIRINO has also forged a reputation as a caterer for Nice specialties...
