A cute little shop called "CLÉ AUX PÂTES", which was created in 1932 under the name "Maison Croese".
The owners, Catherine and Philippe Lefèvre, have kept the brand, recipes and tradition: Niçois ravioli, with stew and chard, ricotta and spinach, porcini mushrooms, three cheeses, peppers in summer. A concert of fresh and multicoloured pasta, with eggs, basil, garlic and chilli or squid ink, but also panisses, gnocchi, stuffed cheeses, capeletti... Everything is simply delicious!
