Installed in the Provençal Drôme since 2001, we designed a new concept of delicatessen with the opening of our first shop in 2004 in Nyons "The Counter of Mathilde".

The success of this test store has pushed us to develop the concept, indeed, since we opened stores in Vaison la Romaine, Annecy, Avignon and now on the internet.

It is in the middle of vineyards and olive trees that we make all our products in our workshop in Tulette (26).

Our demand for quality and our positioning, both rooted in a terroir and in tune with today's consumption patterns, has seduced many gastronomy professionals.
