Pastis de Nice is a boutique-factory of artisanal products in the Nice region.
Father Gil Florini is the creator of this monastic anise originally conceived and designed at the sanctuary of our Lady of Utelle, and whose manufacture and marketing is now carried out in Nice, in the shop-factory of 6 rue Vernier.
The current production of 20,000 bottles is very small, but it allows to live the actions and charities and helps to fuel a solidarity economy.

The "Pastis of Red County", an anise delicately mixed with strawberry and blackcurrant.
"Aqui's anise", star anise extract purified in copper stills ("old-time"); particularly fruity and to which is added a very light and subtle mixture of plants and spices.
"The Pastis Père Gil",26 plants, 12 spices, for a round Pastis, light, fresh, resting, vanilla, tender and fine, with a hint of sugar in the finish... it is a radiant aperitif that we recommend.
"Hypocras", medieval wine flavoured with plants and spices; the Romans already drank from it, Henry IV drew his proverbial vigour from it, Louis XIV was fond of it... to discover absolutely.
"Don Egidio", Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, soft, with a length in the mouth and a slight taste of liquorice.
... "L'Azur Cola 06, Lou Cola d'Aqui", yes, they have it!
Many pastis delicacies: shortbread, calissons, nougats, and "the Pebbles of the Bay of Angels".
