The Lascaris Palace is a must-see!

It is a sumptuous aristocratic mansion built in the 17th century, which is one of the jewels of Genoese Baroque architecture.

The buildings are built around two small courtyards on which, through curved bays, opens a monumental staircase. The vault of the entrance hall bears the arms of one of the major families of the Niçoise nobility, the Lascaris-Vintimille, who had as their motto "nec me fulgura," "nothing fools me." They occupied the Palace until the Revolution.

Visit the ceremonial apartments that occupy both wings of the building. You will discover a magnificent collection of ancient musical instruments.

Classified as a historical monument in 1946.
