suLe Bugler sound the Franco-German front. The end of the fighting, finally!
November 11, 1918, the Germany, after the Bulgaria, the ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, signs the armistice at Rethondes. The war's over! A signature which puts an end to the suffering of millions of men. A signature which finally releases the civilian populations of the sufferings of the front and rear. This Warrior conflict to unprecedented violence has changed the geopolitical map of the world and the balance of political and strategic forces.
The United States became the arbitrators on the diplomatic scene, of pre-war Empires collapse, the Russia succeeded the Soviet Union. New nations are proclaimed on the ruins of the old world, leaving hope for a better tomorrow.
A major conference is announced, which will put an end to the conflict, solve issues of nationalities and create a League of Nations. In the spirit of all, fighters as civilians, a single thought: "never again!".
